Our Values
Our values are firmly rooted in the meaning of our name, ELEOS - Greek personification of mercy, clemency, and compassion. We believe in practicing self-compassion for recovery and growth.
Compassion allows us to relate to our experiences in non-judgemental ways. It acknowledges our emotions and helps to harness them into helpful behaviours. Seeking psychological help, as daunting as it may be, is a direct path to self-compassion and recovery.

We are mindful that this space may look different for each individual. We would like to work alongside you in creating your personalised space, where all emotions are welcomed and harnessed.
Therapy at ELEOS Psychology is held with the intentions of creating a transformative and dynamic change that goes beyond symptoms reduction.

Come and talk to one of us to begin your self-discovery and healing.

"Painful feelings are, by their very nature, temporary. They will weaken over time as long as we don’t prolong or amplify them through resistance or avoidance. The only way to eventually free ourselves from debilitating pain, therefore, is to be with it as it is. The only way out is through."
